Financial Markets

I've traded the financial markets for over two decades. I've traded Equities, Bonds, Futures, Commodities, CFDs, and Options. I've done Scalping, Day Trading, Swing Trading, and Position Trading. Early on I was on a search for the holy grail indicator, it took me a few years to learn there is none, so now I trade based on a few simple lines and Gann techniques. I've simplified what I do, I trade the same 3-5 instruments, on daily and weekly charts, using a few simple lines and basic money management.

Real Estate

I've been a creative real estate investor since 2000. I've done wraps, options, subdivisions, house and land packages, flips, buying off-market bank-owned REO, and foreclosures. My strategy is to keep it simple, buy at wholesale, add value, and sell it for an under-market price, creating a win-win scenario. I'm in the process of building a platform to connect investors with creative real estate developers.

Physical Gold and Silver Bullion

I believe in owning physical assets that you can touch and feel. Financial markets are all paper assets, whereas, here I get to own something I can touch. I keep my strategy simple, I buy Gold or Silver bullion based on the Gold/Silver ratio. My mentor is the only non-government individual in the world to own a printing mint.

Gemstones

This gives me another physical asset class to invest it.The right lightweight gemstone can hold more value than a larger heavier physical bar of gold or silver. I invest in Opal, Emerald, Ruby, Jadeite, Blue Diamond. My strategy is to find suppliers who can provide the right quality at the right price, and then sell it in a market that already has demand.

Startups

I invest in startups I'm passionate and am able to connect with the founder. I'm starting up Angel Investor group, where we will screen through tons of startup businesses and present to our investment community only those which are getting traction and ready to grow.
